The capper to the working week, my friends…
- Now Spurrier regrets his response to Tebowgate. Just shut up about it already, OK, Coach?
- T. Kyle answers my call. Magnificently, I might add.
- This is just a little creepy, but doesn’t new Pac-10 commish Larry Scott look like he was separated at birth from Jim Delany?
- I don’t know about you, but the idea of playing bowl games at outdoor baseball stadiums that are hosting NHL games in January doesn’t sound that appealing to the fan in me.
- This is the best consulting report that $715,900 can buy.
- Brian Cook, I feel your pain, brother.
- Rivals.com’s preview of #15 Georgia is a decent summary.
- HeismanPundit will carry a torch for the Pac-10 until the day he dies.
Decent summary?
They have Tony Wilson listed as a starting WR.
Yea that preview’s Depth Chart is all skrewed up. It does not even list Jeff Owens for DT.

That’s really the entirety of BoisePundit’s post?
Wow, congrats! USC in Awesome Mode kicked the crap out of two lousy Auburn teams (also beating those Auburn teams: us), a lousy Arkansas team (also beating that Arkansas team: us), and a good-but-flaky Arkansas team. Tennessee, as is their wont, dropped trou in a couple of OOC games.
This is *so* surprising!
Anyway, BoisePundit, tell Pete Carroll to 1) Stop cheating and 2) Stop losing to Stanford/Oregon State/Whatever.
Also, BoisePundit:
SEC national champions since 2000: 4
Pac-10 national champions since 2000: 2
D.N. Nation
At the top the SEC has certainly been better since 2000 with some great national title teams.
But overall, the Pac-10 wins the head to head and also has a better record versus the other BCS conferences since 2000.
And that’s not just a couple USC beatings, that’s a bunch of OOC and bowl games since 2000.
“Spurrier admitted the oversight, offering how sick he was when he realized he hadn’t put his fellow Gator Heisman Trophy winner as his No. 1 choice…. Spurrier called Tebow to apologize….it was my fault,…Spurrier said he wishes he hadn’t made his goof bigger…”
Spurrier Gator Heisman Trophy Winner:
Seventh highest paid coach in SEC ($200,000 less than what Lane and Chizik are each making) at….$1.8M.
Spurrier Gator Heisman Trophy Winner:
At fault, sick, apologizing to himself and wishing he hadn’t made his goof bigger than a girl who puts out voluntarily on the first date….Priceless.
Got a suspicion S. Orr heads to the links permanently after this season.
I also think the AKC are gonna get run in the season opener.
