It’s Saturday in Athens.

Yeah, I know that G-Day is little more than a glorified scrimmage, but I’m still looking forward to it.

And I really like this picture.

    I dunno, I see that as nearly as bad as the UT oily locker room pic.

    I mean, your coaches don’t really look all that intimidating. I’ll be back in a bit — I’m posting this on UF boards.

    That type of camera angle has been done before. I vaguely recall seeing a musical group posed like that.

    A man of Mark Richt’s stature shouldn’t be wearing such a cheap watch.

    That is some C-grade photo-shopping.

    Wonder if the same folks responsible for that picture do the promotional commercials for the University that run during the national football telecasts?

    You know, those embarrassing, high-school project commercials that we have?

      I’m glad I’m not the only one that cringes when he sees our commercials during games. Miss. St.’s commercials look more professional, for crying out loud.

    Is it just me, or does Richt look like he has a five-head in that picture? That angle really stretches things.

      It’s not just you. Whoever put this poster together created an instant cult classic collector’s poster what with the high head and the ‘get your hands out of your pockets, you look like you’re in the Army’ poses. At least it’s not as bad at this:

      Don’t get too excited, we don’t know if Grantham can coach his way out of a paper sack yet, but we do know that Willy couldn’t. I prefer the unknown to certain failure anyday.
