I figure the FBI is looking for laundered money. I guess the SEC could have some evidence of it (from the info MSU turned in?), but other than that, why would the FBI be talking to the SEC? Being a slimy “leader” isn’t illegal, so Slive should be safe on that front.
I think the SEC may be getting kicked to the curb in all this. The investigation will go on whether they like it or not.
