Kiffin watch: Alshon Jeffery’s future

Don’t know how I missed this photo the first time around, but seeing it today at Shakin the Southland was good for a chuckle.

At this point, I think it’s safe to say that Jeffery has a far better chance of owning a gas station than working at one.

    Yeah, cute, but it does not seem to be bothering recruiting in Columbia.

    Really hate that he has another year against us, he is a heck of a receiver. Combined with Lattimore and that freshman QB I saw earlier in the year, SC could be the team to beat in the East. I admit, they lose some OL players to graduation, but nothing about our D stopping a power runner and a gifted receiver next September is comforting….we stopped neither this entire year.

    If you really noticed the Gamecocks players, they have a young man, Sanders, that logged some time at receiver (freshman) and will only multiply the threat of Jeffrey and Lattimore. After seeing all the SEC games last weekend they all have good teams returning. We MUST have a good recruiting year!! I am encouraged to see UGA looking at the JUCO ranks..that seems to be the way to go…look around the SEC! Anyway, WRECK TECH and GATA!!!!

    USc will be favored to win the East next year since they are returning the vast majority of their current squad. Take a look at their roster – you’ll be amazed at how young they are. Spurrier has done an excellent job in recruiting – recently at least.

    And to think – here we are, Georgia, looking up at south carolina.

      Yes, the Gamechickens lose two DL starters plus two LBs and a corner on defense. On offense, one OL starter, the FB and kicker/punter. Eight key replacements. If the chickens aren’t favored to win the SECe I will be flummoxed.
