Frankly, I’m disturbed by something I read in this article about Gordon Gee. It’s not that everyone who’s ever been associated with the Knight Commission holds Gee in contempt. Or that he’s the highest paid public university president in America. That’s all relatively easy to handle.
No, it’s this.
He serves on the board of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Now there’s a man who looks like he’s participated in more than his fair share of awkward backstage moments.
Don’t you dare diss Mr. Gee. The man is ****ing metal.
Lest you forget the man was a talented songwriter and performer back in the ’80s.
