    That’s great news if it’s true. Considering how important the NT is to the 3-4 D, why is Jenkins the only NT we’ve signed in the two recruiting classes since CTG arrived? If they are so hard to find we had better make NT our #1 recruiting priority each year.

      I think the short answer is it’s almost impossible to get a good NT right out of HS. And maybe projecting who grows into a 6’5+, 340 lb monster is a crapshoot too.

        True. We may have to stick with the JUCO route for recruiting NT’s. Hope Jenkins turns out to be another in our long line of terrific JUCO recruits – Kendrell Bell, Jamie Henderson, etc.
