After reading this and this, perhaps the better thing to ask than Edward Aschoff’s question yesterday is who the preseason All-SEC first team quarterback is likely to be.

Is there really a question then?
Murray may not be the top franchise player in the conference, but if you did a fantasy draft he would be the top QB.
Maybe yes, maybe no. What kind of numbers will Tyler Wilson throw up with that receiving corps?
Beat me to it. Wilson is the new Brantley… except, you know, with an offense that utilizes his skill set.
I thought about Wilson and even Relf, but Murray is probably the safer bet. But I wouldn’t fault anyone for taking Wilson.
To be clear, I don’t think Wilson is the preseason pick. But it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if he were first team All-SEC after the season.
I don’t know. Have you seen the accuracy on display from Brantley and Bray? They really put it in there.
I think Tyler Wilson at Arky, when it is all said and done, will be the postseason 1st team QB. The dude has an unbelievable WR corps. Preseason? Eh. I suppose Murray will suffice, but if Garcia is unsuspended by the time the vote comes around, he will take half the vote if not more.
I’m not trying to pick on Bobo, but Wilson also has the clearly better O. C.
That’s not really picking on Bobo. Petrino is one of the best offensive minds of the last twenty years.
I agree. I just didn’t want to be mistaken for a fire-them-all-er. I’m no huge fan or hater of Bobo, but I do feel like he needs to take his head out sometimes… well, a lot of times…
Somehow I think Tebow gets it.

Tyler Bray, defender of all that is holy in trailer parks across Tennessee.
It better not be anyone OTHER than Murray.
Jordan Jefferson. 11-2 as a starter last year. Kid’s a winner.
