Les is blogosphere gold. Not completely sure I agree with the comment above about Chavis. Chavis has certainly had a good run – and he deserves some credit, but they were pretty good before he got there.
Are all you guys going to cuddle up to Miles’s ass next week when he runs Mettenberger out on the field to throw a dagger in our hearts? Great sense of humor, that guy. He can’t wait to trot him out.
I kind of hate that Richt won’t be giving us any good fodder like Petrino did. I’d accept a UGA win over LSU as consolation.
Seriously though, what a tool that Petrino is. I’m not a Falcons fan, but I know so many of my Bulldog brethren that are, and had to love seeing Petrino squirm and pout like that. Perhaps Arkansas or ‘Bama would have been our preference next week, but I sure enjoyed watching the Hatter hang 40+ on him. Petrino is an first class ass.
Me too, I could care less about the Falcons, or any NFL team, but Petrino is an ass and Miles is consistently a pretty cool guy….and the best coach in the SEC over the past few years. Very consistent product on the field, very unpredictable in what he does on the field. LSU remains my 2nd favorite SEC team. Glad to see them rip Arky yesterday, although the Hogs would have given us a better chance to win SEC title #13.
“I hope they would have the same commitment every year,” Richt said. “But they are human and they’re going to be hearing about it and thinking about it all year and they know that we can’t wait ‘til midseason to be in midseason form. We’ve got to be there Game One. So that means you’ve got to be prepared.” -- AJ-C, 5/7/13
Thank God for L. Miles, he really does make this world a better place. GATA, Tuck Fech.
Les Miles wins over fans for College Football.
Much more of a Xs and Os guy than I thought.
But John Chavis has taken them to elite status.
Remember when everybody wanted to laugh at Les Miles? Hats?, chews grass?, claps funny? Oh Michigan, you stupid, arrogant people.
Les Miles is a breath of fresh air in the stoic coaching profession. As far as Petrino, he lacks any sympathy in Georgia and rightfully so.

Funny how Les Miles was on the hot seat two short years ago. Ask any LSU fan and they wanted him out after ’09 time clock management debacle

Les is da man.
Da Mettenberger man.
