Winning is such a blessing.

In light of T. Boone Pickens’… er, innovative method for raising funds for his beloved Oklahoma State program, this is more than a little creepy.

Gundy, who’s spent 21 years at Oklahoma State as a player or coach, makes no attempt to downplay the significance of his program’s historic 2011 season. “For our community and our university, it’s been the biggest thing that’s ever happened to this school,” he said. Letters of gratitude poured in, including one from a 70-year-old man who said: “Thank you. Now I can die in peace.”

Too bad they shut that sucker down.  Sure sounds like they’ve got a few folks left in the fan base ready to step up.

Doesn’t the Bulldog Club have a plan in which you can get seating priority if you buy a big enough single premium policy with the school as beneficiary? There are eerie similarities with Pickens’ plan. But, it’s one thing to offer such a plan and quite different to seek out people who are gonna die soon. Like the Ghoul Pool at the old County Cork Pub in Buckhead.

Youall have my nearly 72 yr old heart beating faster. Now gonna lose some weight to help my chances for viewing our next few seasons. Anyone up for a contest using % wt loss as the goal? Starts asap and goes to Aug 25th. Naked on bathroom scales a good starting point? Anyone game?

Ok, we’ll weigh those separately. I’ve got this neat trick for suspending them as taught by a karate guru movie star who died in a closet. Or I could wait a coupla months until they rest on the floor. O, hell, I can just straddle the scale, take a tare wt and proceed.
