Congrats to rossoglesby, who ripped a 9-1 record this week to stand alone at the top of the pick ‘em mountain.
There’s a nine-way tie in the cumulative standings.

And, no, you don’t need to ask me how my week went. I’m just laying low for now.

“Laying low” … uhh, yeah, that’s what I’m doin’ too, Senator.
When are the picks usually posted on the site? I’m eager to do some more laying low, but they aren’t posted yet.
Picks should be up around noon today.
Thank you, sir.
They will struggle finding 10 decent games. As bad as most seasons are with mismatches, I never recall a 3rd week being as bad as this one looks. This scheduling thing needs to be addressed, pretty bad when the ND game is one of the five best games to watch. How many 25+ point lines are there following a week when there was not a single contest between ranked teams?
Um, I pick the games. I don’t think this week’s slate is that bad, by the way.
Can we agree to not have Penn St. ever included again? I just don’t want to pay any attention to them.
Good suggestion. Plus, they are a train wreck leaking fracking fluid this season.
I’m laying lower. Literally.
Yes you are. And I am just happy to be ahead of you, buddy.
Well, it looks like making no selections and taking the default home teams in week 2 would have resulted in a 6-5 week. Apologies, Senator.
That’s 5-5 in week 1 and 6-4 in week 2, 11-9 overall which would be good for 34th place…ouch.
Will keep an eye on this for giggles.
I’m going to call it the “no-selection selection”, because as a famous drummer once said, “…if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.” (well… unless you just forget)
The latest Rush release is being talked up fairly strongly. Have you heard it? And, if so, what do you think?
Haven’t heard it but plan on giving it a listen.
Can you post a hot link somewhere in the header?
The pool has shown me that I really don’t know shit about betting against the spread.
The dart board approach is the way to go.
