Agree, and he plays a very large role in our success in this week’s game. His assistance to the OL should be capped with a wheel route and bowling someone over as he gets into the end zone. Love the guys who play under the radar and still lay it all out, every play. We have a few on this team.
“A lot coaches during the recruiting process will do things just to attract you. They will make you think that they’re this type of person just to get you to go to that school. And then you get there, and sometimes it’s completely different, the person is completely different. And with Coach Richt, you could see him doing that during the recruiting process and it’s like ‘Man, I hope he stays that way if I sign there.’ And once I committed, same way. Once I signed, same way...” -- Shaun McGee, AJ-C, 5/22/13
Going to see a lot of passing on first down in the second and third quarters (I’d think at the start of the game they will try to establish Gurshall).
Hall, Hicks, Lynch & Rome will provide the blocking.
Good quote from Merritt — I also liked his usage of going into a block with sufficient “hat speed.”
Any doubt why this walkon is starting?
None here. Kid is a warrior.

Since we’re on the subject of blocking, nothing will make me happier than seeing a pulling Dallas Lee put his helmet in Clowney or Taylor’s earhole.
