The best part of MM’s 2013 season so far?

His XPs aren’t going upright hunting.

As often as we have to kick off this season I still would like to see a rotation at kicker for kickoffs to keep a fresh leg in the game to get in the end zone for a touch back.

I don’t have any stats to prove it but it sure seemed like we had more touch backs in the first two games when Morgan was out. Maybe that is partly due to weather conditions and such. I don’t know.

I will admit to practically yelling at my TV when Richt trotted outthe field goal unit. I remember thinking, you aren’t going to win this game with Field Goals. Thank you Coach Richt and Mr. Morgan for shutting my dumb a$$ up! I will endevour to keep my idiotic comments to myself going forward.

You weren’t necessarily wrong just because it worked out. We lost by a FG at Clemson – different yard line, but kicking a FG from the 2 in that game is one we’d probably like to have back. As long as this D keeps giving up points, I’d say keep the FG to a minimum. Our field position was not awesome at that point, so while I wanted to go for it too, I wasn’t beside myself like with the Clemson FG.

    That really was some kick.

Dead center. My leg is my rod and my staff.

I’m glad he was able to redeem himself. We’re going to need the STs to play lights-out if we’re gonna run the table the rest of the way.

Like a lot of folks I thought WTF? on the 55 yard attempt. On the replay it looked like it would have been good from 65. Damn good Dawg!

    “Yeah, Yeah, Yeah”

It reminded me of one of his first long kicks. I was so glad he was successful at both field goals and extra points.
