Well Senator… Think back before, Moses, Abraham, Issac, and Jacob.. A man by the name of Job lived and when he lost all his children and posessions, he cut his hair to show that he was i great mourning.. Whether he teared off his clothes and began to worship… Well, that’s up for debate…
