Among those not permitted access to practice are agents (such as athlete agents, marketing agents or financial advisors to athletes) or their employees, representatives or affiliates.

That list knocks out most of the people in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.
This would appear to be a preemptive strike pending the ax fall of the NCAA (some how I think the ax might be made of balsa wood). If USC isn’t put on probation Alabama fans should withdraw form the NCAA.
