A tale of two Florida quarterbacks…

In what may be as pure an act of pandering as I can imagine, ESPN proves it has no sense of shame whatsoever.

ESPN had to show Tebow highlights from his first game as a Bronco. ( 2 rushes for 2 yards)

Someone get Connor Nolte on the phone. I want to know if his interne duties at ESPN included keeping the votive candles around the Tebow shrine lit, or if the full-time staff does that on a volunteer basis.

Anyone catch the author of that article? None other than our “I’m not a Florida fan” Andrea Adelson.

Honestly it is mind-blowing to me that ESPN hired her.

Sadly, it is not all that surprising the the WWL would hire her. Why not, this is also the network that turns over it’s airwaves to Chris Berman, Stuart Scott, Granny Holtz, Mark May, Craig James and produces such horrific programs as that shoutfest (can’t recall the name of the show) featuring Jay Mariotti, Jackie McMullan, Woody Paige, et al or the equally dreadful Sports Reporters where we are assaulted with unctious douchebags like Lupica, Albom and Feinstien bloviating. Not to mention, they gave Jim Rome his own show….so….yeah not terribly surprising when you view their overall body of work.

You think the Tebow thing gets old try looking at the well Bosie State can still win it all and play for MNC meme. ESPN was trying like heck to rehab BSU’s image as soon as the VT game was over. ASU beat Mich and the highlights were all over ESPN. JM beats VT and they show one play and mention it’s an upset.

    Tim can’t tie Denard’s shoelaces.

Thank goodness Rich Rod got him so Irwin or CPJ could not get him.

It seems like Adelson’s homage to SNL’s “superfans”. If Tebow played a hurricane, who would win? If Tebow played against the New England Patriots by himself, who would win?
