I like his stats, he has us at 6-4!

Nice article, only the Dawgs are 5-5, not 6-4.

He has it right in the next paragraph.

We might be 7-5 after Auburn has to forfiet all of it’s wins this year. 🙂

Even better if we actually find a way to beat them…

So, like does this mean if we beat Awbun, then the NCAA takes their wins away, we get half a game back and go to Atlanta?

Yes, at which point we’d automatically beat Auburn again or something. sUGAr!

It does make them jumping over us in the SEC bowl pecking order (for no reason whatsoever) last year sting a little more.

There is a very good reason for them jumping us: bowls are less concerned about W/L records than fans taking up hotel rooms and spending money in restaurants. A bowl committee would have to be blind to not see how many Dawg fans have soured on the program and bash it repeatedly. Don’t look for any improvement this bowl season, should we be considered. Objectively, I cannot say I would pick UGA over any other SEC team given the unrest among our fans.

Our fan unrest is reserved for blogs and outliers. A 1-3 Georgia team made Boulder look pretty red this October. Georgia has an excellent reputation for travel, and, even in a down season, I doubt it would change.

Wish it were so, regular season trips are planned well in advance. Boulder was very red, Shreveport and Nashville weren’t, and won’t be in December. Nice to remember when we did have that type fan, things have changed. Now we eat our own and let everyone know how badly we suck…and make sure all recruits know our coaches are incompetent.
