He doesnt have to be “Convicted” to be ruled ineligible. From what I’ve seen so far we have at least 2 people who have acknowledged that $180,000 was asked of MSU for Cam’s services by or at the request of Cecil. Does that alone make this a done deal?????? (I only play a NCAA rules expert on TV)
