So, end-of-season, Boise and TCU are the only undefeated teams left, while every conference champ has one loss to their most hated rival. Boise vs. TCU are the only teams that deserve to play for the crystal football? Yeah, makes sense to me.
Also, I went back and re-read for the alleged point. The DOJ can mess with the NCAA if real evidence of antitrust violations exist. But should the government step in and put a CFB playoff in place? Well, I voted “no” because “%$#@!, NO.” wasn’t an option.

Andrea’s no Gary Patterson that’s for sure but maybe she should get the benefit of a doubt for one column that does not start with the end in mind only because she earned respect the old-fashioned way last preseason:

Back to the serious matter at hand. Under the well preserved traditions of the South’s oldest public institution, you are not required to burn the flag immediately.
Save it for opening weekend in Athens (dear Lord, NOT Atlanta) and burn it in the nearest pre-game BBQ pit.
