I wonder how many Fulmer Cup points this garners.
Police say a University of New Mexico football player’s saggy pants led to his arrest at San Francisco International Airport.
Sgt. Michael Rodriguez says 20-year-old Deshon Marman was boarding a flight Wednesday to Albuquerque, N.M., when a U.S. Airways employee noticed his pants were “below his buttocks, but above the knees, and his boxer shorts were showing.”
I’m sure the University is very proud of this representative and if he does not start for them he will be punished.

I despise the look, but I think it’s seriously wrong that someone could be arrested for how they wear their pants. Where does it end? Will women wearing halter tops that show cleavage in public be made an offense as well?

I don’t want to live in a country that lets that happen.

I’m going to write my Congressman to try and make sure it never happens.
Seriously, though, it’s a ridiculous look and I do hate it, but what’s the problem? His boxer shorts were showing. Not his bare behind or his dangle. Boxers are clothing. If he was wearing a bathing suit in his front yard, he’d be more exposed and he’d be perfectly legal.

Every time I see a guy wearing his pants in this manner I get a good laugh. Do they not understand that style started in Prison as a way of letting other inmates know they were available. It’s prisons version of a tramp stamp.

maybe if you tell them that, they’d get a good laugh as well — since it’s, ya know, not true.

though i mean no offense, wearing your pants under your ass is pretty stupid. just letting you know that’s just a myth.

I dunno, in San Francisco, that look might be tantamount to soliciting. 😉

Sounds like Locksley’s lost control of his program. It’s the hot seat for sure.

Showing underwear is indecent. The rules of the Airlines require the airline employee to ask him to pull up his pants. He was asked and refused and then was asked to leave the plane. Since he refused to comply he was arrested. So it was not the sagging pants that got him arrested but the attitude that went along with the saggy pants that got him arrested.
