Not a big deal

Perhaps one reason Bill Hancock feels confident about how yesterday’s meeting with the Department of Justice went is that Christine Varney, the Assistant Attorney General who wrote the letter to Mark Emmert which started this particular ball rolling, didn’t even bother to show up for it.

Sorta reminds me of this moment of anti-BCS political greatness “Rep. Joe Barton had a plane to catch, but he wanted to give college football officials a warning before leaving the highly publicized hearing. “

Reminds me of my little brother when he learned how to jab, hook, and throw a right cross. Pretty tough at it from a boxing standpoint.

However, he was very very surprised to learn of a thing called an uppercut. Always complained thereafter that brawling wasn’t boxing. The Non-BCS boys are ring darters that can’t consistently mix it up in the middle of the ring or lin the late rounds. Good contenders but not champions yet.

Maybe Obama told his AG to tell Christine not to bother to meet with Hancock but kill the 90-minute time instead by browsing through Shurtleff’s briefs on behalf of the Great SaltBlock State of Utah on the mortifying and stupefying unconstitutionality of ObamaCare at which Shurtleff is shocked and chagrined.
