No sleep ’til Jacksonville.

The Gators expect John Brantley back in time for the Cocktail Party.

Cornelius Washington is okay with that.

Good. If we found a way to win there would excuses for miles about how it was only because Brantley wasn’t there. Not that I’m convinced that he will be back. I think he’s hurt a lot worse than they want to let on.

Agreed. It was a “high ankle sprain” early on, but now it is an injury no longer described as such. Makes one wonder if its the torn muscle sheath several Dawgs had a few years ago.

Shocking. Never would have seen that one coming!

I sure hope they don’t get into” the one arm quarterback meme”.

I don’t give a shit if they bring back Kerwin Bell, Tebow and Collinsworth – I want to see us beat the guts out of them.

If we win that game, Cornelius can drink on my tab and I’ll DD for him all the way back to Athens!

I think Driscoll saw film of LSU’s D and decided that riding the pine sure beats riding a stretcher and sandbagged it at practice this week.

I remind all. Talent has never been the issue at Georgia. We are well stocked with players. All we have to do to beat Florida is play an enthusiastic, reasonably ‘clean’ game. A coupla turnovers won’t kill
us. We want Aaron slinging with confidence, but Florida has talent too, and we can’t let off the gas.

Dawg fans, we have another spurt of optimism coming our way. MSU had Relf problems, changed QBs at halftime and the kid threw a bunch of yards and 3 tds to beat UAB. MSU plays SC next week.

Wow, Murray very inaccurate so far in the first half. I like it that Bobo is going deep with some passes, just wish Murray was on target today.

Each team only had 3 possessions in the first half. Not much room for error in this kind of game.

A Tennessee QB taking advantage of sub-par coverage from Georgia LBs, resulting in a career day for a Vol TE? I think I’ve seen this movie before. Almost looks like Grantham took a page out of Willie’s playbook for tonight’s game. I’d say that Bray might go “beyond Crompton” on us, but he’s been doing this all season. Hope we can make some adjustments.

And yet we’ve only given up six points in the first half. That’s not quite “Straight Outta Crompton,” but reason for concern nonetheless.

Where would we be this year without Malcolm Mitchell? Let’s hope his hammy is ok.

  13. Of course he will. While we get bad luck like DJ Shockley getting hurt for 1 game of a season, and that game being Florida, a meteor could land on Gainseville and they’d all be back in time to play us.

Gotta like IC proving his mettle, playing while obviously injured.

Handoff on 2nd and 56. And again on 3rd and 57?

This has to be an accoholic hallucination.

I think 3rd and 57 is an alcoholic halluciniation by itself. The play calling doesn’t bother me nearly as much as the penalties do.

4th and 17. What can I say? Thank goodness the Vols kicker kicked the onside kick out of bounds. That said, great win! Beat Vandy next—then on to Florida.

      Weird win, I’d say.

UGA never looked dominant, but gave up 10 rushing yards, given losses by the QB.

      Murray overthrew 3 easy touchdowns.

      It was IC’s worst game.

      Buttload of penalties.

It just felt like UT stepped on its on Johnson as much as the Dawgs imposed their will.

Love a win, but never felt that climax.

For being a road win in an extremely hostile environment that many of our younger guys haven’t experienced before, I’ll swallow this one as long as we improve.

Whole lot of injuries tonight though. That was kinda weird.

The last time we won in Knoxville, DJ Shockley was our QB. Man, it feels good.

Ed Cunningham, the color commentary man, has no idea what constitutes pass interference apparently. I almost lost my voice screaming at him to f*ck off.
