    We would ALL love for it to go to court. Well, except for James and his lawyers, who have been fighting tooth and nail to keep it OUT of court. Unfortunately, now that Leach has another job isn’t he offering to drop the suit in exchange for the salary he is still owed? Methinks Texas Tech would probably agree to that. With James running for office and trailing badly can he risk letting this go forward? Or will the free publicity be too hard to resist?
