So much of these budgets are related to travel. LSU gets nearly all of their guys from that area of the country.

Yep, Tech is top dollar in every way. Probably a lot of money is spent on stakes, chains and collars to prevent them from looking at other schools. Also private investigators cost money to keep tabs on their verbals. I’m sure that some of the money is a hedge on under-the-gun NCAA infractions as well. And fish frys ain’t cheap, you know.

Tech probably just needs a better texting plan with their mobile service provider. Those messages can really add up.
