Good Lord.

No wonder nobody can keep up with NCAA guidelines.  Including the NCAA itself.

    To say the ncaa is in over its head is like saying the Titanic is a foot or two ‘neath the surface. If the ncaa could detect no wrongdoing in the cecil/cam newton case the ncaa could not detect chicken poop in a barn yard. As Blutto said, they should contract out their entire investigative division to TMZ
