Do NCAA rules work?

Over time, the NCAA has moved away from penalties tied to institutions’ financial interests.

As the Talmudic sage once said, all the rest is commentary.

    “13 percent of institutions self-reported the violations…” That 13 percent self-reporting figure is derived by counting all the times UGA self-reported compared to all institutions.The self-reporting figure for all institutions in the survey other than UGA was the same as Blutarsky’s grade point average: 0.0.
