If I were an outsider looking at this news, I’d assume that Georgia was sick of having to suspend players they don’t want to suspend and don’t want to be slaves to media reports anymore.

They had to change the rule to make leaking a player’s drug test results illegal? Really?!? Isn’t that already illegal under several dozen other rules? More legislation is always the answer, huh?
