Normally, the NFL is dead to me, but I have to admit, if you haven’t seen Knowshon’s leap over Ed Reed, it’s worth a gander.
Takes me back.

Just for old time’s sake, let’s carpet bomb ESPN with complaints about how they didn’t show the highlight enough.

And tell them they didn’t miss this one because of the Fox Sports feed. Dumb shits. Also brings back the J Rome comment of Richt “pimping” Moreno and Stafford. Both of them going in the first round was good enough for starters in putting down the self-flambeaued ahole.

I hope there was a certain Soulja Boy dance performed on the sideline shortly after as well.

Hope this is the big breakthrough for Knowshon. Like Garrison Hearst several years earlier, got off to a slow nfl start – which I’d attribute mostly to their initial lousy coaches.

I think you can directly attribute Knowshon’s “slow NFL start” only on Knowshon. The prospects of getting cut by the Broncos were staring him in the face and about to kick him in the nuts. But he took the high road and busted his butt on the practice squad, got a better attitude and now is a key reason while the Broncos are doing well. Don’t blame the game…blame the playa.
Definitely glad to see him out there and contributing.

It was a sweet play though!

He did have an ACL tear last year followed by a DUI in the off season. Prior to that his injuries consisted of frequent cases of fumblitis and as I understand it the tap out blues.
Really, Knowshon was in bad shape, disengaged and his trip to the practice squad was his last chance before being cut (Broncos gave him plenty of chances to play on the game team). Apparently he said he deserved all that came to him and worked his butt off to make it back. Nice to see two Dawgs playing big roles for the Broncos.
