Even if they drink all day on New Year’s, Florida will not get beaten by this Louisville team. They are as big of a disgrace to the BCS as Northern Illinois is in the Orange. The best of the BCS games looks to be Oregon/KSU, but even that could be a walkover. With bowls, who knows? Even more, who really cares? That said, Florida stomps Lousiville….and still has a lot of offensive question marks going into Spring practice.
I’m still grumbling that we missed the Sugar. uT,UK,Missouri,Arkansas, and the Barners all beat teams that have winning records and are going bowling. Maybe they should change the requirements for the SEC.
I remember, I was there in’68. Cojones remembers, and you remember. However, some that comment on this blog weren’t even born in 1968. Gives us old farts a chance to say, “told you so”.
Hate to bring it up but my wedding day was the last time we played Nebraska. I was driving away from the church after the reception listening to that game, marriage started on that low point but has lasted long enough to see many better days. I know we won’t get all the revenge I would like to see next Tuesday, but I would love to see a decisive win. Definitely would settle for a 35-10 type game but I am afraid they are going to come out smoking after their last game. We are the better, more talented team but the intangibles are on their side and will make it closer than any of us want.
Those who’ve been to Mid City Lanes on a Friday night know you can get as hammered and have as good or better time than just about anywhere in the Quarter.

We may need a Vikings game day thread on here Senator. Hearing Joe Buck gush “what a weapon” regarding Walsh is surreal.
Great to see him doing so well.

Makes me slap my head everytime I hear about him. How can we not have had our coach in charge of kickers at least ask Kevin Butler what he thought?
