He was at AU until ’95-’99? Then in enforcement at NCAA until now when he is returning to AU?
Oh!, I get it! Train under the masters at thwarting the NCAA, join NCAA long enough to divert them away from AU then return for the Chair(?)! Well planned out career in enforcement noncompliance.

This explains the one day retroactive Cam Newton suspension prior to the Georgia game.
