… is a game in which the other team has no highlights worth showing.

Hey, Tech lost by thirty-two, but won the total yardage battle.  So, genius.

    So beautiful. If only that terrible 3rd quarter hadn’t happened in ’08 we’d be riding a 12 game winning streak on that bunch. But in a certain way the fact that Tech actually had confidence and hope in ’09 made that win even sweeter.

    More probations than wins over UGA this millenium, fewer players drafted in 2013 than the Colorado School of Mines: This is Georgia Tech Football!

    If they thought this was a beating, just wait until this Thanksgiving weekend in Atlanta. Murray may have a career day. The talent gap is only widening between Tech and UGA. And humiliating them never gets old.

      Also, a fun way to motivate Murray (and the rest of the offense) is remind them that the NATS’ new DC is the same one that coached that bunch that cheap-shotted him at Auburn in 2010.

    This was as beautiful and as satisfying as 6:09 in ’02. We came in as a team on a mission to make a point, and we made it emphatically. Beating Tech and Fish Fry senseless never gets old. I want us to whip them like this on the neutral site that is historic Mark Richt Stadium at Vince Dooley Field.

    You mock but that game was one bad call away (momentum stopped before Rambo stripped ball) from being a whole different day. You always look at stats but only when they help you. Cannot wait till next year when you WalMart stock boys have to eat it from us. You have not ever been able to stop triple option and never will. Even against lesser (unpaid) recruits.

    Thanx for posting. I got a late start at pre-gaming so I missed a few of those early TD’s. Plus my seats were in the shade and it was frigid so I cut out early for some post-gaming. Come to think of it, not sure I saw any good parts of the game….

    It was a great game. My best buddy drove down from Charleston and we sat with Charles Winslette and his son. Georgia’s own Charlie Winslette was inducted into GACA Hall of Fame this month. Charlie with 32 years of coaching experience, including 30 years as a head coach, is one of the most respected interscholastic coaches in the game. Winslette graduated from Georgia in 1974 having spent 3 years playing baseball and first base for the Diamond Dogs. Charlie, I know you and Randy read GTP. I’ve sent you some of Bluto’s threads. You ought to post once in a while. 😉

    Any win over Tech is a good win. I really understand the angst in the fanbase towards UGA but they need to look at their future schedule and realize that they will be playing GaSouthern in 2014 and that will determine who is the little brother to UGA. I believe GaSouthern will be in the FBS at that point. That will be a game to watch!!!!

    My only quibble with that set of highlights is the omission of highlights from our D, which had an entertaining day as well, like this gem by Ogletree (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxpIF_tm8ag) and this one from Rambo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmM0ouZXVG8).

    I believe the term we’re looking for here, gents, is bitchmade.
