“I think Coach Grantham is a familiar face for Lamont.”

I don’t blame Louisville’s new defensive coordinator for checking the temperature of Lamont Gaillard’s commitment to Georgia.

I just wonder what his sales pitch is.

Maybe Grantham and Petrino will sell him on honor, morals and integrity. That’s the winning ticket.

No offense to the recruit.. But when I read the headline, I immediately started humming the Sanford and Son theme.

  3. Maybe Pruitt could show him video of Bama’s offensive line blowing out the middle of our line with two NFL-quality nose tackles and say that’s Todd Grantham without Chris Wilson.

“Son, my schemes are so NFLtastic I’ll have you running around like a chicken with his head cut off in a bowl game trying to get into position. The scouts will be impressed if you line up 50% of the time. Also, no matter what the other team does I stay dedicated to my philosophy and game plan, you may get the opportunity to take one, two, or even three blockers to get to a running back coming around your side, just a chance to show those NFL boys your metal son.”
