Musical palate cleanser, birds and bees edition

Scorpio’s comment last night about suffering from a certain kind of biologically unrequited love immediately brought a song to mind, Del Amitri’s “Not Where It’s At”.  Enjoy.

    Man, she sho was pretty, helluva basketball player, too. And a homecoming queen…Scorp sighs…looks out the window at the falling snow, thinks about life’s lessons…sighs again.

      Don’t feel too bad. My HS sweetheart and I dated other people on occasion. (She is now my wife) We were at different schools. She dated a swimmer once briefly so I started seeing a young girl in my Pathogenics class. Because of our last names she was my lab partner. Labs were twice a week. She was also my running partner in a Fitness for Life class. She had been in a relationship but had broke up. I didn’t pursue that. We were at TK Hardys once and we ran into her Ex. It wasn’t a guy.
