The vacay must be over…

… ’cause Corch is back to business.

Urban Meyer dismissed Tracy Sprinkle from the Ohio State football team on Monday after the defensive lineman was arrested over the weekend and charged with cocaine possession after a bar brawl in Lorain.

But don’t get too excited about a transfer just yet, Plainsfolk.  Urban’s keeping his options open.

Now he is completely off the team, though a team spokesman said that Sprinkle’s status could be looked at again depending on the outcome of his legal issues.

Meyer followed a similar path in 2012 with linebacker Storm Klein. He was dismissed from the team that summer after facing a charge of domestic violence and assault. Klein later pleaded to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct and rejoined the team and did play that season.

Here’s Ohio State’s 2014 schedule.  I’ll let you do the math.

the schedule? we talkin bout schedules?! ( the possibilities are endless, but at least the probable outcome explains the #2 pre season rankings.

While looking over Tosu’s schedule, I suddenly realized I’m going to have to root for James Franklin on October 25th. Damn.

Just a little CYA by the Master. He got a little blow back about his treatment of the Hitman, so not to spoil his image he does the head fake of throwing him off the team wink wink nod nod. He will be back before Auburn can even contact him.

    That’s some schedule there.

What a sh!t schedule. The only good teams on it are Va Tech (OOC) and Michigan State. The Buckeyes could lose to both of them and still go 10-2.

Stay tuned. He will be back. And Herbie has no comment. Crickets chirping.

Well I’m glad to see “Storm” got it together and is applying himself at the OSU. I am also very happy, as I am sure DIF is as well, that there is some diversity being applied to the land of reduced charges and second chances. This is real progress.

Agreed. Urban already weathered the Storm. This is only a Sprinkle.

Clearly, who isn’t happy? When kicking someone in the head at a Shady’s in Baton Rouge, a Bar Knoxville or pulling a Hernandez by leaving the Swamp without paying in Hogtown just doesn’t get it done anymore and you’ve got the need for some “absolute mayhem” charges that don’t violate Irwin’s core values for white guys drop by the Grown & Sexy Lounge in Lorain for Happy Hour Incite to Riot 2 for 1’s where every night is Ladies’ Night and property is always destroyed!

Haha! 5 game suspension. Back in time for Michigan

Who has less class Urban Meyer or Bobby Petrino

  9. What a wussy schedule. Have to pull for Penn St. and Michigan State. And probably Michigan. Geez.

Irwin should be undefeated until Sparty makes him eat another lonely pizza

C’mon, Ivey. Wouldn’t you pull for the Beamer and Va Tech? I’ll cheer harder for them than any other team on the schedule. MSU, no matter the stars, always behave like Spartans and seem always game for good battles. Above all else, any team playing the tOSU probation-striped team.

      • Ya know, you’re right. It’s not hard pulling for any of those teams when they play Ohio State, one of the most overrated teams in the country. Thanks for making me think about it.

What is all this strength of schedule bashing going on with the SEC teams? All 12 of them would trade for that powder puff schedule in a heart beat.

  11. That Corch. What an inspiration. I want my son to play for him.

    • Cojones

When does he get out of the pen? Crier needs time to redact his record if he finished HS, set him up to get the degree one day out and then get him for 3 yrs. That’s about the average time needed for him to rehab a guy for New England .

TheShithead was on the list of character witnesses in the Aaron Hernandez
matter, but at the last minute, TheShithead’s lawyer told the Hernandez team TheShithead would not be available due to health problems.

    • Cojones

Where ya been, Scorp? His health problems started the night he lost to Alabama, quit the game for his family, did charity work for ESPN, and showed up at tOSU in time to beg for and get extra coaches and recruiters with the NCAA’s blessing. In the immortal words of Richard Pryor, “I ain’t gonna never forget!”.

Can any one tell me how he got from post-game in Atlanta back to Gainesville in time to fall out of bed with a palpatating heart by 2:00AM? He probably just found his dick after Saban handed it to him less than 3hrs earlier..

Go Navy and VA Tech! With regard to Corch and the rest I defer to the late, great Lewis Grizzard, “You’re all a bunch of damn Yankees and I hope you both lose.”

  14. Can we pass a rule where the Big Ten can’t play more than 3 conference games?
