That train done left the station.

Talk about your day late and dollar short:

I’m sure that whatever the school learned from her will make a huge difference.

That it took this long for FSU to interview any student victim of sexual assault is outrageous.

+1,000. This entire farce is a disgrace, and someone in the President’s office should be canned. This is Jerry Sandusky all over again, to a slightly lesser degree.

Lol yeah except that was institutionally backed child rape…. Not a single accuser with a million holes in her story looking for a pay day

That anyone from the school ever interviews sexual assault victims is outrageous. They are trained educators, not detectives. Leave it to the police and expell the student if he is found guilty.

Sounds like they’re on course to drop the ban hammer on him sometime after the last bowl game of the 2015 season.

Federal Civil Rights and Compliance issues after the victim has been harmed and ignored mitigation. Methinks I detect the presence of the ACLU or An Umbrella Insurer.

    >John Clune, the woman’s lawyer, spoke to the Times. “We thought it went very well,” he said. “The school seemed to take it very seriously.”

    Umm … really?

They couldn’t interview “Famous” Jameis again because he was apparently detained by the police in Kemah, Texas, right down the road from me.
