Okay, okay, his Gators may not have had any, but Boom knows when he’s in the presence of a real master.
“The last nine years that he’s been in college football, he’s had the No. 1 offense in the country,” Muschamp said last month.
That’ll come as surprising news in many places.

UPDATE: Oh, and about that Florida offense? Regrets, sure, Boom’s got a few.
Georgia Southern had a pretty decent offense, too…you would expect Will to wana forget that.

Good on Boom to not let pesky facts get in his way. Maybe he should the 2014 edition of the DSOR for a lesson…

Like him or hate him, Boom can coach some defense. This year at Auburn should prove weather you can play good defense with a spread/pace offense, I have yet to see consistent solid defense while the offensive coordinator is trying to tire the other team out.

He meant #1 offensive payroll in the country, he forgot to say the word payroll.

Has Boom ever faced a Malzahn offense? As a DC, Pruitt has, 2-0 if I recall. And I am not saying Malzahn hasn’t incorporated a few creative wrinkles, but Boom is playing a little loose with the facts, and he also ignores that the Auburn defenses have provided the offense a lot of opportunities to play with the ball.
