“Mr. Slive, Coach Saban’s on line one.”

It sounds like Trent Miles intends to invite the entire Big Ten to his Football Camp.

This is going to get uglier before it gets resolved.

We shall fight inside the Perimeter, we shall fight outside the Perimeter, we shall fight in the Trent Miles Football Camp [NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED], we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender…

I don’t like it… but I applaud David taking a swing at Goliath using the Big Ten as his stone.

Meh…I hope Penn State gets all those kids who are interested in Georgia State. It is not as though these schools don’t recruit Georgia any old how. Personally I would love to see Dickhead go head to head with Richt or Saban…who knows how many other Aaron Hernandezes there are out there.

They talk funny, women are ugly, and bbq is an activity not pork. Who seriously considers going up north?

    Coming soon…Rutgers hosts SEC Day.

As a 3rd generation Georgian now living in the Mid-Atlantic region, I actually far prefer the women up here. BBQ definitely is worse, though that never affected me much as I’ve always done my own.

As for the camps, you really can’t blame the Big 10 coaches. The GSU coach, however, might want to get extra security at his home. It only takes one foot loop to take this personally and view him as some sort of traitor.

That “foot” loop will have a helluva time finding those trees in downtown Atl. Would someone assist him by directing him to Grant Field?

During those 3 generations, no one took you to Downtown Atl Peachtree St at office quittin’ time and defined the words “Southern Peach Pulchritude”? You can still view it today in all it’s glory. You dun missed sumpin, boy.

Former Midtown resident here, so I’m familiar with all that and more. I’m also quite familiar with similar 5 pm rushes in D.C., NYC…even S.D. (best overall in the U.S., IMO), Denver and L.A.

I’m going to take a wild guess that you haven’t spent much time outside of Atlanta/the south other than typical business trips/vacations where you really don’t even unpack your bags.

Does living (not visiting) from 9-24 mos in 3 other countries count? While NYC has been fun on many trips, New York State is one of my favorites. I’ve lived near Chicago for ten years matched with living in Ca for the same amount of time. If S.D. means South Dakota then you have me there, but for an unpopulated state, where did all the women come from? If it means San Diego, then we can partially agree since my wife is from there and I did live near there in the Vista/Oceanside area while consulting in LA, Europe, South America before taking an executive job in Santa Barbara and later retiring back here.

While I have viewed much female pulchritude in many places, I never witnessed such a concentration than at quittin’ time on Peachtree near Buckhead. Course, if you prefer those Carolina Coastal women to those great Georgia Peaches, I would imagine that a few here who are married to Georgia Peaches and have sired a few as well might differ, but for me personally – your choice just leaves more women to be appreciated by fewer men. Bet that don’t bother the Georgia guys at all.

I’m a Georgia State alum. I think this Georgia State coach should be ousted. Actually, the whole GSU football program should be dropped right now.

    This is BS.

I’m sorry but if Nick’s upset then he just needs to drop GA State as Alabama’s cream puff delight. I think a call from Bill Battle to the GA State AD informing him the million dollar payday is going away if your coach keeps it would end the whole matter.

Senator, it’s not only going to get uglier, but funnier than hell on this blog. Don’t you just love it when Southern minds come up with ideas to screw with those who would screw with us?
