That is an enviable number, regardless of who brought in those players. I wonder what the comparable number for Pruitt’s 2015 defense will be.

Just think what Pruitt could do with 2 first round picks anchoring the D like TG had in 2012.

What about that South Carolina offense?

Maybe number 11 is a player to be named later.

Thought Radi took care of that with Washington’s addition.

more interested in seeing whether Pruitt can get top talent to be a top D, which his forebearers failed to do. Pass D improvement last year gives me hope he can get on-field production.

I’d bet all 4 of our current outside linebackers make the NFL

So, not to be a jerk, but that stat plus the talent on offense really makes 2011 more frustrating. But 2012, well,

What fucking success? Oh, you mean, like the 2012 SEC Championship game? Success, Grantham and Georgia are three words that should never be used in the same sentence.

Georgia seems to be having a lot more success on defense now that Grantham is gone.
How about that?

Excellent, Joe…rule revised.

Yet Richt wanted that guy back for continuity. Following the Mizzou game Grantham should have been shown the door when his D was unable to stop a backup QB fresh off of the bench. Just sad.

Ya know Donnan had a talented D. Lotta talent.

Same with that 2000 D.
Georgia’s achillies heel for an entire generation of teams has been the defense. Fix that and the championships that we all want to see will come.
