That is an enviable number, regardless of who brought in those players.  I wonder what the comparable number for Pruitt’s 2015 defense will be.

    more interested in seeing whether Pruitt can get top talent to be a top D, which his forebearers failed to do. Pass D improvement last year gives me hope he can get on-field production.

    Yet Richt wanted that guy back for continuity. Following the Mizzou game Grantham should have been shown the door when his D was unable to stop a backup QB fresh off of the bench. Just sad.

    Same with that 2000 D.

    Georgia’s achillies heel for an entire generation of teams has been the defense. Fix that and the championships that we all want to see will come.
