It boggles my mind that Hicks is trailing yet another walk on for a spot that he should clearly win.

My God! Even the walkons are improved so much this year that they push a DGD and experienced player that can block like Moses.

Is this Schotty’s answer to Pruitt’s improvements?

My guess is too many whiffs. If he hits ’em , they are going to be out of the play.

Schotty’s maybe got a few that can play in his system that he ain’t gonna talk about or let writers see? If so, a couple were just rounded up by Butts whose names I don’t recall seeing before (Payne, Baker)

‘Course, with me you have to account for the debilitations of an old fart who also eats cookies for glaucoma. For a year I thought Douglas was a FB.
