Check out this smoove, one-handed catch from Terry Godwin.

“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23
Further proof that all 3 quarterbacks suck.

We have a winner for best QB competition troll comment of the day.

It’s our new back-ankle throw we’ve been practicing.
No way opposing defenses can cover it.

Further proof our coverage and pass rush suck, too.
No one was even close.

Dammit Schot get rid of that shitty QB who threw that gawd awful pass. Any coach that even allows a QB to stay on the roster that throws low and behind a wide open receiver needs to be fired. That is proof positive of why Coach Richt should be fired .He tolerates this incompetence in the QB development from his OC and tolerating anything other than perfection is not what real Coaches like Saban do. Skeptic Dawg could have caught that ball with his eyes closed

Did coach just drop a big, white turd when he saw that catch?

Lambert was probably leading him away from the safety

That was Ramsey. Or possibly an intramural QB with the 12 jersey on.

No way.
Our intramural frat quarterbacks can put an uncontested pass between the numbers.

This throw was from Bauta.

That is Ramsey throwing that completion

Nah, Ramsey is throwing to the far sideline, this QB is out of picture to preserve his innocence. Maybe it was Nick Robinson.

I stand corrected by the comment below. I was going to say, how the hell did he throw that there considering he was aiming at the sideline.
Carry on

Does it really matter if our QBs aren’t very accurate if our WRs can get that wide open? I’ll turn my phone off and listen now.

You guys are missing the sheer genius of what the new OC has taught our three aspiring QBs: throw the ball to where they were 2 seconds before, NFL film studies show that space is rarely defended. Add a young, nubile receiver who can stretch back with one hand and haul it in and….voila.

The back-ankle throw.
And some people say the NFL doesn’t innovate anymore. Pffft!

Aaron Murray is just now learning about this new locale, I have to blame that dang Bobo. Back shoulder is so yesteryear.

who threw the ball? Because it wasn’t Ramsey based on this video.

I remember watching Godwin destroy my Cedartown Bulldogs last year at QB and all I could think was, please God do not let him get in trouble in college and end up the QB at Auburn.

FWIW, if you look carefully it looks like Ramsey’s throw was right on the money.

Sam Vaughn can make that throw! Right, Scorp?

He wasn’t the intended receiver..this was a tipped screen pass.

From one of the guys covering practice that posted this when I first saw it, the guy throwing was Faton Bauta. If that’s in live action we’re probably down another receiver.

Or an easy INT depending on coverage.

Fair point. Going across the middle while reaching back is a disaster waiting to happen.

Yea, he would have gotten killed.

I saw a similar play in an NFL game. The receiver just batted the ball down with one hand and looked at the QB like: “are you fucking crazy, you trying to get me killed?”
