Quick question for the worrywarts

If Richt says the team hasn’t started thinking about its game against Louisiana-Monroe yet, does that mean we have to?

    No problems, Boss, Scorp is all over this. And the negatrons are mixing up a different brew hoping UGA does an early face plant against ULM so they can feel smart earlier than expected. There is way too much positive news flowing around this team for them. Anchor down, haters, drag down your program down early, and say “I told you so” for 13 full weeks of the season.

          Sorry man, won’t work. You gotta have the correct filters in the top of the hat so the hypersonic waves from the Trump campaign for president (or whatever he is actually doing) don’t mix with the wifi from the game.

    As an unabashed, unapologetic worrywart well schooled by Mssrs Dooley and Munson in my impressionable youth, I am absolutely scared to death of anyone that my Dawgs are playing. Why should ULM be any different? After all–we don’t have any receivers! We don’t have a quarterback! They have the #1 D in their conference (says Steele)! Don’t you realize we lost our 2 leading tacklers!!!???! Our punter has resorted to some private kicking coach we’ve never heard of! It’s not even clear who our kicker will be!!!

    As someone once said about running for office: there’s only 2 ways to do it, unopposed and scared.

      As much as it may be blasphemy to say so I have a certain disdain for both Dooley and Munson for this very reason (don’t get me wrong I loved listening to Larry on the radio but the constant hand wringing over ULM’s punter was ridiculous). I honestly believe that a lot of our “Negative Nancys” on here are a direct result of the moaning and worrying of the Dooley/Munson era. They can’t enjoy anything good that happens without waiting on the other shoe to drop. It’s really a sad way to go through life if you think about it.

    So it should take more than one week to prepare for ULM and then they only get one week to prepare for Bama, ut, Mizzou?

      Nah, we are going to prepare for Bama the week of the Southern game. Got to overlook someone, plus, we would only get video of the band from other teams anyway. No one cares about their football.

    The game plan for this glorified scrimmage is for the starters to be solid for a half or so, hopefully find our one true QB and to stay healthy.
