Thursday morning buffet

Indulge yourselves.

  • As the Auburn-Louisville game in Atlanta approaches, prepare to hear more of this.
  • Regrets, Gene Chizik has a few.
  • Mark Schlabach predicts this is Steve Spurrier’s last season.
  • Delusional optimism, And The Valley Shook style.
  • Kids, these days.
  • Spurrier, on Finebaum“Every now and then when I listen in to your show, I know the SEC fans are a little upset at Ohio State’s schedule and rightfully so to tell you the truth.”
  • We’ve known Bobby Petrino’s an ambitious dick.  We just didn’t know how far back that went. “He opted to join the Tigers without informing his boss, Tom Coughlin, who was alerted of his offensive coordinator’s departure through an Auburn news release.”  And so, a legend was born.
  • Les Miles overdosed on coffee this week?  Sure, I can see that.

I don’t know if you can post images into comments or not, but I happened to come across this Gif yesterday and had forgotten how funny it was.

Does Bobby Petrino have any redeeming qualities, other than knowledge of offensive football?

He could be a Corch class dick.

Well, at least the ESPN article highlighted all the reasons our ex-DBs left Georgia. With CBS, it seems like the storyline was we ran off perfectly nice boys, rather than someone who stole from his teammates, or someone convicted of sexual assault.

The douchebag content of this Louisville / Auburn game is off the charts.

‘As the Auburn-Louisville game in Atlanta approaches, prepare to hear more of this’ ……………….
Well, if ethical behavior and integrity were saline breast implants both Auburn and Petrino would be sporting ‘heavy EE’s’ with pole imprints.
Both of these reprobates sell blind chihuahuas advertised as registered German Shepherds.

    ‘Life Coach Chizik’:
So now we know the power of channeling Tony Robbins:

Chizik says ‘I look back on that and feel like I’m going to enjoy whatever I’m doing (now) because I don’t have to do it. This is my choice, and I won’t choose to be miserable’. And his shrink then says $ 500 and see you next week, Gene.
If this clown didn’t know what would happen to him in the Badlands then he didn’t study the very public end-of-tenures of Tommy Tubberville and Tater Tot. ANd never heard of jetgate and pay for play.

I enjoyed Chizik’s brief tenure on TV….the times I saw him. One thing I notice about Gene is that he seems almost fatally attracted to programs going through the agony of an examination of the school’s academic veracity.

Instinct tells me I do not want Steve Spurrier coming to the Georgia game looking for some way to validate his career.

I don’t think they are delusional at all, LSU is a good pick in the West, I wouldn’t put anyone above them. But that doesn’t mean they win it, football has too many variables to be that simple, but who is better? The West looks like a total CF to me with a 3-4 way tie at the top a strong posibility. If that happens, it will probably go the nuclear option of highest rated team to decide who meets UGA in Atlanta. I think Dawgs and Cajuns may get it on again, and that would be a solid match up.

Had I not been laughing so much that LSU screed would have gave me a raging hard on.

It just occurred to me that Donald Trump and Steve Spurrier are basically the same person.

Naw…Spurrier is way less concerned about his hair. Trump don’t even know how to wear a ball cap without looking like a dumbass.
