What are we supposed to do with those “Jeremy Johnson for Heisman” t-shirts now?

Johnson’s moved to the back of the Gus Bus and replaced by a redshirt freshman for this Saturday’s game against Mississippi State.

Sean White’s from Boca. We know who was the last great QB from Boca, don’t we?

  2. Malzahn also expected Johnson to do well. I love it when Auburn struggles. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving team.

I would definitely buy one of those shirts.

  3. Just watched his senior year highlights. He does look like potentially a very good QB. Beautiful throws with great touch. Of course, facing an SEC defense will just be a BIT more challenging.

  4. Go Dawgs!

Sigh… I knew they’d get things figured out by the time UGA gets down there.

Are the mean streets of Boca even zoned for a Waffle House

A tad off topic, but, here goes.

Since the refs did not call targeting when Murray got drilled on the last play of the Georgia-Auburn game on November 16, 2013, our underachieving head coach is 15-4 mas of today. The Waffle House Genius is 12-7, including an ass-kicking in Athens, as of today. Yet, the experts figure Auburn is a better program.

By the way, since our heartbreaking loss in Auburn in 2013 or record is better than Alabama’s (15-4 to 14-5), LSU’s (13-5), Ole Miss’s (13-6)and Texas A & M’s (12-7).

I know that picking the 2013 Auburn game may be an arbitrary starting point, but it is the point at which everyone anointed Malzahn a genius.

    • Luck has a way of making one look like a genius. Look a cpj.

I figured once we were eliminated from contention last year, we were due one of those sacrificial games like the 1999 game against Tech.

I am convinced the squib kick triggered the departure of The Georgia Way idiocy AND extended CPJ’s time at GT – much like the Al Ford game contributed to Coach Donnan’s eventual departure and the hiring of Coach Richt.

        Funny how things work out.

Turns out that the kickoff to SC just before halftime resulted in a runback to the same spot as it took the kick and an 18 yd gain against our D to get it there when we played Tech. But you remember the kickoff, not the following play that got them into position for the kid’s record 51 yarder. Turns out that it was a record 51 yarder for the SC kicker as well, but they got it there in one play.

Guess you’ll keep ranting against the STs as much for that SC play as you do the kick to the NATS. Not?

If your post was entirely about Richt doing a good think that will keep CPJ around 3 more years for us to pound on him, then I apologize ’cause I like many of your posts lately.

Don’t apologize for being arbitrary. The negative Nancy cherry-pickers never do.

So you’re saying Penn Wagers is really our friend?!

Well, to be fair, he’ll probably start to rise up the chart again by taking fewer, or zero, snaps.

That proves it… Gus DOES get his coaching advice from Tammy….

  9. ScoutDawg

All I get from this season, SO FAR, is that UGA, with a defense, can kick your ass.

Aannnd… “All-in” reappears in the Auburn lexicon. Did Gus just step into Chizik-land?

Easy to figure out why JJ looked like Heisman material in practice.

He was going against AU’s defense.
