On the case

If you’re looking for an early sign of Kirby Smart working it on the recruiting trail, here he is with Ben Cleveland yesterday, rockin’ the G.

The deer seem to approve.

  2. Good for Kirby. Big Country is going to be a DGD. Hopefully, he gets the same reaction from one Jacob Eason in Washington today.

Being hyper-proactive about getting on the trail immediately is refreshing. I think DawgNation collectively relaxed a little when that photo went live.

But wait a minute! We lost CMR! How can we ever hope to keep any of our recruits? What? You mean we may also gain some elite recruits because Kirby has been recruiting in the SEC for the last 10 years? Really?

I couldn’t resist. I was very happy to see CKS jump right in. It feels good to be moving on.

Later today are we gonna see a video of Richt and Smart wrassling in Eason’s front yard?

That’s a grown-ass man right there! I hope he’s protecting Eason for the next 4 years.

    I don’t follow ‘cruitin.

Is he that hot shot place kicker we’re looking at?

CKS should’ve demanded a G5 as part of the deal. The country club and free vehicle would of happened regardless of the contract.

Hell, Pruitt got an IPF. Now THAT’S negotiating. The real reason McG wants him out is now he’s demanding each coach get a pony ride on McG’s back.

I don’t think Kirby’s flying commercial for these short hops, and I don’t think he’s driving himself either.

I was inferring/referring to the flight to Eason state. No, I don’t expect CKS to fly 2 counties away to Toccoa to see an OL. And I already commented about my prefernece that McG serve as chauffeur.

What do this kid’s parents look like? Is his dad named Hagrid?

This picture should simply remind that O-line coach will be a big hire/decision — or it should be.

All this is very nice. Is somebody looking at Penn State film?

IT’s too late for Lamberts footwork. He rolls his back foot on its side when he throws. Its almost like he throws off his ankle. Ive never seen anything like it.

  16. Still amazed at how coaches can change so quickly.
Coach A to Recruit B: If you go to that school C, you will perish and once you cross the river Styx you will be devoured in hell.
Next Week: Coach A is now at C. We are the greatest and we need you to help us win. Forget everything I said last week.
Just another form of prostitution as most big time sports are now—-but I keep watching so makes me just the same I guess.
