Just look at all those TV sets in New York City tuned in to Illinois vs. Purdue! Why there must be two or three hundred of ’em!

Speaking of TV, Delany only needed to watch a couple episodes of “The Sopranos” to know what he was getting into.
The Big Ten network gets Paid by the number of cable and satellite subscribers in the State of NJ regardless of whether anyone watches.
At the moment, anyway.
So true. The good news for Rutgers is that when the current television revenue model changes it will be harmed less by being a member of the Big Ten than if it was in the American Athletic Conference.
