Auburn with a lake vs. Auburn

It suddenly dawned on me that the Auburn/Clemson game could be a lot of fun to watch.

Meanwhile, Auburn has more questions than answers at many of its positions.

For one, a newcomer could be Auburn’s starting quarterback when Clemson comes to the Plains. Auburn’s identity could also change at several position groups, including the entire defense with the addition of five new staff members, including former Clemson defensive coordinator Kevin Steele.

Steele was fired at Clemson after West Virginia knocked off the Tigers 70-33 in the 2012 Orange Bowl.

Deshaun Watson facing the Auburn defense does not promise to generate a low-scoring result.

  1. Clemson is going to beat Auburn to a pulp. The Watson for Heisman campaign will get a big boost after he puts up about 500 total yards against the War Tiglesmen.

I just hope the next time we play those douchebags from south cackalacky that we take our team buses on the milledge bus route to get to the stadium. They are lower than pond scum (please feel free to apply this last sentence to either of these teams ref: in the Senators article…).

  3. I will watch this game pulling for a huge sinkhole. I hate orange and both of these teams wear it.

  4. Nashville West

The great news is that a team wearing orange with a feline mascot will lose this game. That is always a good thing.

Auburn would do well to find their own nearby lake because this one is going to be a boat race.
