    Picking nits: I’m sure somebody can make a connection, but Title IX isn’t Baylor’s big problem.

      I believe that title IX is kind of a big deal for Baylor. Their failures there could allow the feds to drop Baylor from the federal student loan program and that would really hurt your school.
