We are moving to Boggs hall parking lot. So noon start means early start to new spots. Anyone else park there? How full does it get early?

Television minus Richard Llyod will be at the Georgia Theathre week 2. Anyone see them last year? Curious if it is worth the drive from NC to catch them and a game.

I saw ’em at the Theatre back in 2013, and I found the performance to be pretty dull, to be honest. And I say this as a pretty big fan of the band and a HUGE fan of Marquee Moon in particular.

Given the high anticipation of the Nicholls State game I would bring some sausage and grits for the beginning of the tailgate at sunrise regardless of past parking patterns. 🙂
UGA deserves the noon start, cannot argue that with Nicholls State on the menu, but when will a UGA AD take a stand against that time slot? Florida and LSU put their foot down and seem to get dealt evening kickoffs when the heat is so miserable for afternoon games. Horrible for tailgating and high on the misery index for the first 5-6 weeks of the schedule. (I know there are some who love to get up at 4 AM and want to be home before sunset, but you cannot argue the enthusiasm in the stadium, the heat/humidity, or the exposure for the program on TV.)

I’d have to think Florida-Tennessee would be at the top of CBS’ list, unless one of them has already cratered. So you’re probably looking at a night game on ESPN.

Amazingly the WWL recently released the 10 most compelling games of 2016 nationally and selected Florida/Tenn as the number one game. Mark Packer ripped them for about two hours on radio. He is right, that it isn’t even the most significant game in the SEC East, much less bigger than LSU/Bama, FSU/Clemson, ohio/Michigan, etc, etc, etc.
