Culture clash

As we all know, it’s a big weekend in Atlanta for Georgia football.

Just remember, if you’re a Georgia Tech fan, it’s a big weekend in Atlanta for you, too.

Good thing they are playing in Ireland or no one would be at the game, even for free cokes and hotdogs.

When I heard GTU was playing their opener in Dublin, my first thought was, “What did the Irish ever do to deserve this?”

Not much of an “option” for the Atlanta $, the draggies or substandard football…….either way, its all a big “con” job! GO DAWGS!

Don’t forget it’s also ATL PRIDE WKND, which features this intriguing event:

I plan on taking the family to see the Dragon Con parade in the morning, then hitting up a place with TVs and beer for lunch to catch the first half of the early games and warm up for the main event. Should be an awesome day (as long as the good guys win). What a historically awesome slate of games to kick off this season with…especially so since they are all spread throughout the day/weekend.
