    Gotta give the Canucks their due when it comes to good beer and good imbib…uh….drankin’. If you are up that way, try Richert’s Red out of Moulson (I think). Seems the employee told the management of a major beer co that he could brew a better tasting beer, a red, that would sell like hotcakes. Sure did.

    It is my privilege to tell my Canadian friends that I will do my best to celebrate their enobling holiday. It’s the least I could do, eh?

    We need a holiday for this? Guess after living 24 or so years in Germany in the Army and as a brat, I always thought that every day was International Bier Day. 🙂

    How ubiquitous has the beer movement become?

    My wife came home the other day and told me that she had actually tasted a beer that she liked at a local brewery at a lunch meeting with some bankers.
