“I have faith in our kickers.”

This really is an amazing stat.

Blankenship is 1 of 2 since taking over before the Ole Miss game on Sept. 24, but the Bulldogs are still looking for the their first field goal of 30 or more yards this season[Emphasis added.]

There are only five other D-1 programs in the same boat.  Wowzer.

Now tell me again, who is our kicking coach?
I know we have a new special teams coach. Which is a good thing, right?

Soooo….we’ll just have to score touchdowns. Having to kick a field goal is failure anyway, amirite?

That just means a whole lot of go for it.

    Kevin Kelley would be proud.

I’m sure this has nothing to do with the fact that those glasses make him look like Renee Zellweger’s kid in “Jerry Maguire.”

Blankenship is a nerdy, scruffy, accident-prone, socially awkward UGA kicker whose kicks are unsuccessful and highly destructive. When a opposing football-playing bully embarrasses him, Blankenship decides to invent a serum that turns him into the handsome, suave, charming, hipster and field goal fanatic, Buddy Love.

There’s a mule in some Eastern European country that can kick it a mile. I saw it on YouTube.

Anyone else wish we had let Brice Ramsey punt and used Marshall Longs scholly on a placekicker?

Lack of long FG attempts is just Kirby not wanted to get tarred with the “Pastor Pooch Kick” or similar nom de guerre as his predecessor.

Placekickers???? We don’t need no stinkin’ placekickers…

Overheard Kirby Smart comment when asked about scholarships for placekickers.

I’m appalled. We used to make our living with 45 yd avgs for punts and just a little below for FG avg.(Don’t go all technical on me in your corrections). I expect much more in distance for both FG and punts that we are not now getting. My memory goes back to the punter being able to get the yardage and OB wherever the kicker wanted. We had few bad punts and Tenn ran through two generations for 50 yd avg kickers.

This is beginning to look like Trump times in UGA kickers; whereas, Trump has gone through the bottom of the barrel and the GOP keeps setting the level lower as he keeps going through more barrel bottoms.

Richt wouldn’t let this happen, he didn’t make UGA 3 pt U with this kind of crap. Just kidding ya’ll.

What do you figure the chances are we will get to see Rodrigo try a game winning field goal Saturday?
